Compliance with and adherence to this Legal Notice shall be enforceable against any person who accesses, browses, or uses the Website (the “User” or the “Users”). If you do not agree with the stated conditions, do not access, browse, or use the Website.

This Legal Notice governs the access, browsing, and use of the Website, through which we inform Users of their rights and obligations regarding the content displayed on it, the logos and trademarks used, as well as the liabilities that may arise from its use.
Access to the Website is free of charge, except for the cost of the connection through the telecommunications network provided by the access provider contracted by the Users. The main purpose of the Website is to offer Users information related to environmental medicine services provided by Luunt through qualified professionals.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, Luunt reserves the right to modify the presentation, configuration, and content of the Website, as well as this Legal Notice, and therefore Users are advised to review it periodically. Access to and/or use of the Website after any modifications or changes have come into effect implies acceptance of them.
Luunt is the owner or, where applicable, holds the relevant licenses over the intellectual, industrial, image, or any other similar rights related to the Website, as well as all the content offered on it, including but not limited to photographs, illustrations, logos, trademarks, graphics, designs, interfaces, or any other information or content included therein.
Users are granted only a non-exclusive right of use, strictly for personal purposes and solely for the purpose of browsing the Website in accordance with this Legal Notice.
It is not allowed, and therefore its consequences will be the sole responsibility of the Users, to access or use the Website for illegal or unauthorized purposes, whether or not for economic gain. Specifically, and without limiting the present list, the following is prohibited:

(ix) carrying out any action that causes disproportionate or unnecessary strain on the Website's infrastructure or on the systems or networks owned or used by Luunt, as well as on the systems and networks connected to the Website.
Failure to comply with any of the above obligations by Users of the Website may lead to Luunt adopting the appropriate measures supported by law and in the exercise of its legitimate interests.
All information provided by the User via Luunt's email or the contact form on the Website must be truthful. To this end, the User guarantees the authenticity of all data communicated and will keep the information provided to Luunt perfectly updated so that it always reflects the User's actual situation. In any case, the User will be solely responsible for any false or inaccurate statements made and for any harm caused to Luunt or third parties due to the information provided.
Luunt cannot guarantee the reliability, usefulness, or truthfulness of all the information contained on the Website, nor can it guarantee the usefulness or truthfulness of the content provided to Users through the Website.
As a result, Luunt does not guarantee or take responsibility for:
(i) the continuity of the content on the Website;
(ii) the absence of errors in such content;
(iii) the absence of viruses, Trojans, worms, and/or other malicious or technologically harmful components on the Website or the server providing them;
(iv) the invulnerability of the Website and/or the impossibility of breaching the security measures adopted on the Website;
(v) the lack of usefulness or performance of the content on the Website;
(vi) failures of the Website caused by any type of attack on its servers or those of third-party service providers of Luunt, as well as technical or security failures in the system of any of these providers that prevent the correct functioning of the Website;

Luunt declares that it has taken all necessary measures, within its capabilities and according to the state of the art, to guarantee the functioning of the Website and minimize system errors, both from a technical perspective and in terms of the content published on the Website.
Luunt will not be responsible for the truthfulness, completeness, or update of information published on the Website from sources outside of Luunt, nor for content on other platforms linked from the Website.
Luunt reserves the right to suspend, modify, restrict, or interrupt, either temporarily or permanently, access, navigation, or use of the Website, with or without prior notice, to Users who violate any of the provisions detailed in this Legal Notice, without the possibility of claiming compensation for this reason.
Notwithstanding the above, Luunt will not be responsible for delays or failures that occur in accessing, operating, and the functionality of the Website and its contents, nor for interruptions, suspensions, or malfunctioning thereof, when they are caused by any situation of force majeure or fortuitous event.
Additionally, Luunt will not be responsible for any failure or delay in performing any action, when it is due to events outside Luunt's reasonable control (“Force Majeure Event”).
Force Majeure Events will include any act, event, failure to act, omission, or accident that is beyond Luunt's reasonable control, including but not limited to the following:
(i) Strikes, lockouts, or other labor disputes;
(ii) Civil unrest, revolt, invasion, threat or terrorist attack, war (declared or not), or threat or preparation for war;
(iii) Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, sinkhole, epidemic, or any other natural disaster;
(iv) Inability to use trains, ships, airplanes, motor vehicles, or other modes of public or private transportation;
(v) Inability to use public or private telecommunications systems;
(vi) Acts, decrees, legislation, regulations, or restrictions imposed by any government or public authority.
It will be understood that the aforementioned actions will be suspended for the period in which the Force Majeure Event continues, and Luunt will be granted an extension to fulfill its obligations for a period equal to the duration of the Force Majeure Event. Luunt will make all reasonable efforts to end the Force Majeure Event or find a solution that allows it to meet its obligations despite the Force Majeure Event.
Users have access to the customer support service through which Luunt will address any inquiries, complaints, and suggestions they may have.

Luunt will respond to complaints or inquiries as quickly as possible and, in any case, within a maximum period of one (1) month from the submission of the complaint.
If Luunt has not resolved a complaint submitted directly by a consumer, the consumer may contact an alternative dispute resolution entity notified to the European Commission, in accordance with the provisions of Law 7/2017, which incorporates Directive 2013/11/EU of the European Parliament and the Council of 21 May 2013 on alternative dispute resolution for consumer disputes into Spanish law.

In accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (“GDPR”), as well as Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (“LOPDGDD”), all personal data provided during the use of the Website will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Policy, which Users must read and, where appropriate, accept and/or consent to.
All clauses or provisions of this Legal Notice must be interpreted independently, and the validity of the remaining clauses shall not be affected in the event that any of them is declared null and void by a final court judgment or arbitral decision. In such case, the affected clause or clauses shall be replaced by another or others that preserve the intended effects of this Legal Notice.
Access to and use of the Website shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with Spanish law.
In the event of any conflict or discrepancy in the interpretation and/or application of this Legal Notice, the competent Courts shall be those established by the applicable legal regulations, and where permitted, all disputes shall be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Madrid.
